This scene study class will focus on plays by important playwrights of the last decade, including but not limited to: Lynn Nottage, Paula Vogel, Lucas Hnath, Matthew Lopez, Stephen Karam, Theresa Rebeck, Richard Greenburg, Adam Rapp, Tracy Letts, Stefano Massini, Terrel Alvin McCraney, and David Ives. As always, the Actor's 5 Questions will be taught as the basis for text analysis and acting technique.
